Welcome to our history, the one that started 25 years ago, when we decided to embark on the adventure of running a restaurant bar with little experience in the hospitality sector (and little in life, since we were 26 years old).
Shortly after we added the management of the hotel. We started in the restaurant with menu and letter to the traditional style of our environment. Little by little we were daring to combine it with the new tendencies.
At present we continue in constant formation that we incorporate to our letter in each change of season, along with the seasonal autochthonous products. These are two of the three pillars of our philosophy. The other is you, our client. We invite you to know us and become part of our history.
