Welcome to our story, the one that began in 1994, when we decided to embark on the adventure of running a bar-restaurant with little experience in the hospitality sector (and little in life, since we were around 26 years old). Shortly after we added the hotel management. We started in the restaurant with a menu and a menu in the traditional style of our environment. Little by little we dared to combine it with new trends.
